Speaking directly to the Ukrainian people, Zelensky emphasized that the remaining 10% of the peace deal will be critical in determining the future of Ukraine, Europe, and the ongoing conflict that has challenged the nation for nearly four years.

The Ukrainian leader was clear that while peace is desired, it cannot come at the expense of national sovereignty.
